• Content Creation & Copywriting

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear and timely feedback

• Share accurate project requirements

• Ensure all content provided is owned or properly licensed

• Respect project timelines and communication standards

3. Payment Terms

• All projects require a minimum 70% advance payment before initiation

• Remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed

• Monthly services are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the work created (excluding third-party tools, stock assets, or platforms) is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

5. Service Modifications & Cancellations

• Clients may request service changes; such changes may affect cost and timelines

• Cancellation after project initiation may result in partial or no refund depending on work already done

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our services

• Errors due to inaccurate information provided by the client

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• There is a breach of these terms

• Payments are not made on time

• The client engages in unethical or illegal activity
